There will also be special exhibits and programs highlighting the cultural history of Cades Cove.

On June 14, there will be an open house at the Park Headquarters near Gatlinburg which will highlight park development, park management activities, park architecture, and the role of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC).

Finally, on June 15, the Oconaluftee Visitor Center will be holding programs and exhibits that celebrate Smoky Mountain life from the Cherokee through the establishment of the park.
