The Trails Forever Program in Great Smoky Mountains National Park is looking for volunteers to help with maintenance and improvements of several trails in the Smokies.
The volunteer program lasts throughout the summer. The park service will provide all tools and safety equipment.
Some of the projects you can get involved with include:
May 19 – Sept 30: Forney Ridge Trail / Clingmans Dome Bypass Trail
July 11: Smokemont Loop Trail
August 29: Hemphill Bald Trail
September 26: Twentymile Loop Trail
