Slow news day in the Smokies, so I thought I'd show this short film about the early days of Glacier National Park. The video combines historical photos and video clips with comtemporary views of the park in northwestern Montana. Just like the Smokies, Glacier is a hikers paradise with over 740 miles of trails to explore.
I've made two trips to Glacier myself. About a year-and-a-half ago, I posted a blog about my hiking experiences in the park if you're ever interested in visiting someday.
